Tom Yum Fried Rice

“Tom Yum” is a unique taste that has a balance of sour, spicy, salty, and sweet flavors. Stir-fried with rice gives a new and delicious taste that is different from the traditional Tom Yum.

Ingredients:
5 tsp. Tom yum paste
1/3 cup. Chicken breast (diced)
½ + 1/3 cup. Steamed rice
2 tsp. Vegetable oil
1 tbsp. Carrot (diced)
2 tbsp. Japanese peas
½ tsp. Sugar
Directions:
1. Cook the chicken:
Heat a pan over medium heat and add oil. Add the sliced chicken breast and stir-fry until fully cooked.
2. Add Tom Yum paste:
Stir in the Tom Yum paste and cook for about 1 minute until aromatic.
3. Add rice and vegetables:
Add the cooked rice, diced carrot, and Japanese peas. Stir-fry everything together until well mixed.
4. Season the rice:
Add sugar to taste and continue stir-frying until all ingredients are evenly coated and heated through.
5. Finish and Serve:
Transfer to a plate and serve hot with fresh vegetables on the side.
